Phase 1 Work:

• Replacement of three exisitng hot water heaters at McAdoo ES, Drums ES/MS, and Freeland ES/Mad
• 40-ton Classroom Rooftop Unit 1 replacement for Valley Elementary School/Middle School
• Interior and exterior lighting upgrades done at all HASD facilities
• Boiler replacement at Drums Elementary School/Middle School, Valley Elementary school/Middle School
• Rooftop units replaced at Hazleton High School
• Chiller, air handler and rooftop units replaced at the Administration Building/Career Center
• Building envelope done for all facilities at HASD

• AHU and Condenser upgrades at the career center administration
• Major brick demolition and reinstallation, exterior repairs at Administration Building and Career Center
• Approximately 44,257 square feet of roof replacement and repair at Administration Building and Career Center
• Replacement unit ventilators and temperature controls at Drums Elementary School/Middle School
